We travelled west on the QM2 two years ago and even though the weather was nice we were sailing into the wind, thus doubling the effect. However, if you were travelling east, I guess you would not feel a thing. Still had a great time. We saw whales and had dolphins trying to keep up with the ship. The eerie bit was sailing over the grave of Titanic. Sailing into New york was spectacular. The captain waits for low tide so the ship can pass under the bridge....awesome Have a great trip!

Just returned from trip from new york to carribean. We sat out on deck in light pants and t shirt from lunchtime on the 1st day and last day on return. It was windy but if you go to aft deck 7 you can get shelter. Dont forget to put sun cream on though. Once in the carribean weather was good in Jan little bit of rain. She is a fantastic trip wish we were going again now waiting for 09 cruises from April to come out.

We sailed the atlantic on qm2 in april. the top deck is not open to passengers this time of year, however all other indoor pools are heated and the spa is divine.

It sounds like Celebrity cruises have a few things going wrong on their Infinity ship based in South America this winter. Most reviews we receive reagrding Celebrity cruises are excellent and reflect the 5* staus in the cruising market. Guest to staff ratio means you have much more space to enjoy the facilities on-board.I recently had a customer return from this cruise in January and although she had a great time, there were so many problems encountered due to one of the ships propellersIf the...
