A: Tables of 4, 6 and even 8 are often used to help with interaction with other passengers, you can put forward a request for a table of two once you board however it may not be garenteed.

We have just returned from Q grade QM2 and can assure you there were many tables for 2 in the restaurant (mainly window view.
