I used the service following a part world cruise. We disembarked in Cape Town and left two bags on the QE2 to be forwarded to us when the QE2 arrived in Southampton. We only received one bag and the other was traced to New York, it had been left on the ship by mistake. It was sent by courier and we had to complete very detailed info on contents and date of purchase, value etc. Dont let this put you off as I spoke to several people on board who regularly use the service without problems.
