Yes, some staterooms have upper berths to sleep 3 to 4. If you check out the QM2 deck plans on the Cunard site you will see that there's a variety of staterooms sleeping three. The symbols to look out for are: + (3rd berth is a single sofa bed) o black circle (3rd & 4th berth is a double sofabed) * (3rd & 4th berths are two upper beds) These staterooms are in various locations on each passenger deck.
