The Marco Polo is a Flag of Convenience [FOC] ship so I suspect you will have probems finding someone responsible. However I would have thought that a local pilot was onboard, you could try that line of enquiry, they may know who the Marco Polo's local shipping agents are. Also try the German Agent, the product manager is .
