The ship Marco Polo contact: Cruise & Maritime Services International Ltd UK & Ireland General Sales for Transocean Tours 274 Main Road, Sutton-at-Hone Dartford, Kent DA4 9HJ United Kingdom Tel: +441322 863928 you could try writing direct but you may need legal advice to get anywhere but 20 knots does create a problem in such a narrow inlet.

The Marco Polo is a Flag of Convenience [FOC] ship so I suspect you will have probems finding someone responsible. However I would have thought that a local pilot was onboard, you could try that line of enquiry, they may know who the Marco Polo's local shipping agents are. Also try the German Agent, the product manager is koebnick@HSK-breman.de .
