Hello....I have never experienced Costa but if they are like most other cruise lines then they will make a special effort, probably with a birthday cake, at your table in the evening and no doubt sing "Happy Bursday" to him. Maybe some who has been with Costa will corroborate this....Heathe.

Yes I had my 60th birthday on board and had a cake and the waiters singing (without us saying anything to anyone!) but this year we were again on board a Costa for my 61st and got nothing....so obviously they celebrate the 'special' birthdays!!!
