3 options: You can prepay your tips along when you pay for your cruise [which is the easiest way of doing it IMO], you can have the tips put on your onboard account or you can hand out cash on the last night. Grats are $10.50pp per da.

I will admit that I tend to you the onboard tipping service straight off my onboard account but I do leave it until quite late in the cruise to confirm that this is the way that I would like to pay them. This leaves me the option of saying that the service I received from one or more person was inadequate. I will also admit that this unfortunate event has never happened aboard a Celebrity ship and I have nothing but praise for that particular cruise line and the staff work really well. You will receive at the end of the cruise envelopes in which to place your tips for the various members they hope you will tip and if you have prepaid them you will also receive a slip to place in the envelope to say that they have and which they can cash in. We are often recognised by crew that we have met on previous voyages with real enthusiasm. You will certainly get replies from people who say tips shouldn’t be paid and I never tip etc. but this is an American ship and the staff are meagrely paid and in order to send money back to their families need good tips. So pay what is due unless you are dissatisfied or you’re mean. Enjoy everything there is to enjoy on Infinity and if there is a pianist in Michael’s Club called Perry do not miss him.. Neil Down.

I never pay tipping up front on the bill, neither do i let them put it onto my onboard account. i use the envelopes and tip the people i want to tip. usually my cabin person, my table waiter and the assistant table waiter and sometimes a friendly attendant- who just happens to be extra friendly and helpful. I also choose the amount.

I have cruised twice on this ship and both times were different. The first time they left envolopes in the cabin. the next time they added it to our bill. I asked them to take it of my bill which they did without any problem and i tipped who i wanted to at the end of the cruise.

I had the heart wrenching news this week that one of my regular cruisers had died on board a cruiseI considered this passenger like an uncle, I have booked so many cruises for him and his wife over the years, I was shattered when I heard the sad news that he had passed away on board Norwegian Jade in the Baltics, he always said that was how he wanted to go but at 69 no one expected it to be so soonMy heart went out to his wife who was still on board on her own until her sister in law flew ou...

If you are a die-hard fan of Game of Thrones or GoT as it is known by us Throners then time is running out for you to visit Kings Landing, Capital of Westeros, which is filmed in Croatia.Authorities in the UNESCO World Heritage site are considering cutting the limit on daily visits by cruise liners from five ships to two.In June, this year more than 5000 tourists from cruise liners flocked to the city in a single day on top of the thousands holidaying there already.Just like Daenerys Stormbor...
