I went on the celebrity century in october 2007, and it was amazing. The service is incredible - the cabins clean and spacious, and the food good - you MUST do something for 1 night only - visit the speciality restaurant just once on your trip - it was the single greatest meal of all time and it was an experience - AND u only pay a small surcharge for eating in their - something like $25 per couple. Superb staff and wonderful entertainment - even on the deck whilst eating breakfast someone was singing - breathtaking - also - shen eating breakfast, go out onto the back deck and sit outside - the feeling of eating early morning whilst the ship is sailing looking out to see is very emotional.

We were aboard the Century a few years ago and friends were aboard 2 years ago. We had a fabulous time it is a wonderful ship, and we have used it to grade subsequent cruises - nothing has come close yet - this year we are going on the Millenium, hopefully it will come up to the mark.

We travelled on the Century to the Baltic and had a great time. The ship is friendly and perhaps not one of the best but the food was absolutely fantastic, I would rate it with the QM2. Altogether a great trip and I would go on this ship again.

We`are well cruised, many ships, many lines, and have just returned from a cruise on Century to Arctic and North Cape but ship fell short of our expectations due mainly to poor food in main restaurant and buffet. However speciality restaurant Murano, Aqua Spa Cafe, and casual dining are good alternatives. Dissapointed with quality of shore excursions but our request for refunds was met. Many other aspects of ship good but cabins are small but I am sure you will find enough to enjoy.

Century had a $50 million dollar refit in May 2006 and this has added to its style. There is now wifi not free in almost any part of the ship but we found the beds were bigger and less space in the stateroom but we managed fine. the main reason for thr refit was several hundred more balconies have been added. Nice ship; good food and friendly staff.

By Camilla Edwards

Watching the Royal wedding this weekend, and looking at the lovely outfits, I started to think about what I am going to pack for my Azamara cruise next week. Choosing an outfit for any special occasion can be daunting, and time consuming, and a Royal Wedding must be stressful to say the least but packing, for a holiday is another thing altogether! The first cruise I ever went on was Fred Olsen Braemar sailing from Southampton. Packing for that was easy, just take everything you want as there i...
