I don't really think you can compare the two - one is a 5* ship that constantly wins the Conde Naste best cruise ships in the world awards, and the other is Fred Olsen...! I know which I would choose.

Hello, There is no comparison to Celebrity and Fred Olsen in terms of the ships. The Consellation is 4/5 star, where as Fred Olsen is 3/4 star. Whilst both are nice, if you want good facilities and good food book Celebrity, if you are travelling alone however or want something more intimate try Fred Olsen.

Oh my gosh - what a difference in cruises - fred olsen is good in the baltic because the ships are smaller but it all english traditional cruising - celebrity is the complete difference - american trying to do European -but very nice - if you book now you may beable to get some onboard credit or if you book in december you could get money off the cruise - but it depends if it is applicable as they only pick a few - either which way you will have a nice time - but two diffent experiences - I would read the reviews on this site about the companies first.

Looks like the coin has fallen in favour of Constellation and if you choose that you might have the added bonus of listening to Perry in Michael's Club. He is the best and most amusing act we have encountered in years.....Id.
