I have been looking also for this time. A good deal is the Royal Carribbean - Voyager of the seas from Barcelona - 7 nights a port everyday and prices from around £380pp for an inside cabin with a $50 credit per person. Flights are extra. It is great value for money and a fantastic ship. It has everything you could ever need or want. You could spend a little more and upgrade to an outside, I would recommend deck 3 mid ship. You will hardly spend anytime in your cabin apart from sleeping so you need to decide whether the extra money is worth it. If you choose an inside cabin choose one near to where you can get to an outside deck. You won't miss anything then! Royal are also doing a 5 night cruise from Malaga in October for under £300pp it is also exceptional value. Good Luck.
