Are you saying that 'Readers Offers' have booked your travel insurance through Holiday Extras? I have never used Readers Offers, but I have certainly used Holiday Extras for many things including travel insurance. They are a very reputable company through whom I have booked airport parking, airport hotels and airport lounges. In respect of travel insurance they are recognised by the F.S.A. and their travel insurance rates are competitive. If we are talking about the same company I should look at their website www.holidayextras.com and contact them through the telephone number shown at the top of their main page. Good luck - Jan.

Wilba - Answered a Question by Godley (21 Jan 09 16:23)

I realise this is going to come across as a smug remark & virtually impossible to make it seem otherwise when committing print to paper, so I’ll apologise in advance. My constant references to booking through ‘Cruise Specialists’ is never more emphasized than the plight of Mr/Mrs Godley. I’ve just been on the website of this ‘call centre’ & they appear to be little more than an airport car parking agency. Too late for the Godley’s but a lesson learned for others……..hopefully……Wilba.
