Our friends stayed in the Hotel Continental, small only 14 rooms on Marine Parade not far from the port, the exterior is bright yellow so you can't miss it. The score by past guests was an average of 7.4 out of 10 Other possibiltiy does Royal Caribbean have any offers on hotels for the night before joining the ship.

Hi, not sure of your budget, but the Pier Hotel on the Quay is very good. The restaurant is highly recommended. Jan.

I do not know about the hotels mentioned below as I have never used them but I do use Hotels in the UK on a regular basis and generally a lot of UK Hotels have a lot to be desired. You may consider the Harwich Premier Inn Tel 0870 850 0904 Post Code CO12 4NX with the Inns you can guarantee the bedrooms will be clean and generally modern, the Harwich Inn is also located next to the Mayflower Brewers Fayre for an evening meal. Looking at the Premier web site the cost is Mon to Thu £59, Fri to Sunday £48 per room. There is also another Premier Inn located 11 miles away in Clacton on Sea. Regards .
