None of the floating shopping malls are stable. They are not designed for ocean crossings like the QE2 and the QM2 and November in the Atlantic will be ???? These positioning cruises are priced quite cheap so you can't complain too much if it get rough.

Have experience of at least 6 trans: atlantic repositioning cruises, the most comfortable are those Med:/Caribean or South of the Equator in the Winter time, I keep clear of the Northern route via Azores.too cold ! some Ships appear more stable than others, I have been on MSC Lirica/Opera in force 10 and being comfortable, modern vessels should be good depends if Captain deploys the stabilizers, it costs money! I do hope you have a very pleasant cruise, I shall also be on it,our 2nd cruise to Rio. we are going for Winter Sun/Warmth and also to visit Corcovado(Christ statue) it was raining last time 10 years ago.
