What cruise line? The online check in does not mean you walk straight on to the ship, but merely speeds up the process. You still have to queue at the check in desk & if you had given more information you would get a far more detailed response.....Wilba .

Yes more and more ships particularly those who use the USA ports have the ability to check-in on-line and it is encouraged you do so. When this is completed you can usually print-off a express pass to use when you check-in at the dockside. From 12th Janauary if you are going via a USA port the green slip that used to be completed on the flight before landing has now to be done on-line but it is now valid for 2 years, less if your passport expires, in which case you need to do it agaian.
