YES YOU ARE!!!When people spend so much money on one holiday they(well I do) read all the brochures look up the web sites, watch sky travel and the cd sent with the brochures over and over again, continually talk about my pending trip so much it drives my husband MAD but still with all that info i still like to here what other past cruisers can add and if you read all the info it still doesn't tell you things like on formal nights is it just cocktail dress for woman or full formal ball gown we woman NEED to know these things, funny,I don't think I bothered to look or ask about lifeboats see what my priorities are.You are a field of knowledge and can probably answer sooo many questions and put peoples minds to rest it's because they spend so much that they are worried about different aspects of their trip and when they read or hear bad reviews about the ship they will travel on any wonder they ask so many (probably silly and obvious to you) questions. It's nice to have somewhere like this site to post any questions especially when your new to cruising.

No neil your're not being hard. All the preperation and investigations is part of your holiday experience.Us experienced cruisers must remeber when a person decided to cruise it is a whole new holidaying experience. You are spoilt for choice, what with formal or informal, fly or port embarkation, and the whole world is so easily accessed. Also the pricing, first timers have nothing to compair it to, only fiends who have previous experience, so 2,000 is a lot of money to spend and not do your homewokr. We are cruising may 08 with cruise virgins and they trusted me to book the hol and spend their money on what I thought was a bargain. Even then I tried to explain all ships/companies/itineries are not all the same.
