The main difference is that you get about 38 inches seat pitch instead of 33 inches in non-premium. However even 33 inches is better than the 31 inches on scheduled airlines. All have seatback TVs. You can upgrade to the premium TV package for £5 if you aren't in premium and get wider choice of films and ability to pause & start when you want.
