You forget your A levels in Punctuation, Grammar, Spelling and Courtesy - you got an A* in those - unlike many others on this site...! Well done Neil.

Spragg - Answered a Question by Neil & Ida Down (07 Nov 08 22:32)

Neil and Ida, Thanks for your responses to my cruise questions before i set off recently on the IOTS. We had a fantastic time and have been converted. Still cant understand though why so many people complain about the number of kids on the IOTS, I am sure they never intended the H2O zone, waverider and climbing wall to be used by those of less agile abilities. And a cruise ship with a Teen Zone ..... To me it did what it said on the tin. Thank you again. Stuart.

MUSICAS PORTS OF CALL.

By Nicola Milligan

Last time I told you all about the ship so this week we will talk about the reason we actually chose this cruise, it’s itinerary. I have been to Venice a few times now but the sail away never loses it’s excitement for me. When standing on deck I still get goose bumps as this massive ship glides slowly past all the major sights of this charming city. So close you can see into windows and see the faces of the lovers sailing on the romantic Gondola rides. It is unbelievable at how c...

I feel compelled to share my recent experience of the Savoy Hotel with you all, as it would make the perfect relaxing start to any cruise sailing out of Tilbury, the cruise port for London. In 2018 it’s possible to begin a cruise from Tilbury on various sailings with Silversea Cruises, Viking Ocean Cruises, Cruise and Maritime Voyages, and Voyages to Antiquity, to a range of destinations across northern and western Europe. If you have to travel a long distance to get to the embarkation ...

How Fred Olsen compares

By Charlene Thackeray

Charlene Thackeray's blog

We are recently back from our first Fred Olsen cruise.Whilst this is the smallest ship we have been on as a family there were lots of great things and a few not so great things for us. We knew there would not be much for Charlie on board however he had a great time with all his new friends from the Entertainments team. I can honestly say the entertainment team were really friendly and put on some great shows. I loved how the stage rose in the Neptune lounge making it a great area for lots of ...
