Wilba - Answered a Question by tightwad (05 Nov 08 13:05)

You can do that on all cruise ships, no charge & there are plenty of phones scattered around the ship, decks, lifts, bars etc which you can also use... just phone the cabin number......Wilba.

Yes Wilba has got it on the button again... But please don't take these walkey talkies with you, we had one family of four that all had one each and they were an absolute pain in the proverbial. ... Neil.

Do not use phone service from ship..This service for a 4 minute call from Juneau Alaska to Vancouver cost 68.00 for 4 minutes..When you get ashore call from a payphone its much cheaper..We just about fell out of our chairs when we saw that bill for 4 minutes....

Hello, You can phone cabin to cabin on Sea Princess and when I was on her in 2007 there was no charge. Can't believe that they would have introduced one as it is quite normal to phone friends' cabins. I have just come off a Celebrity ship and we were calling our friend's cabin all the time free of charge. Hope this helps. Hazel.

Zara Kelly's blog

It has been over 10 years since I last visited Singapore, but my Mother in Law is a regular visitor. The main reason is to visit her nephew and family, but while they are at work she loves to go off and explore. During this visit, she was also treated to a lovely weekend in Bali!As I sat looking through the pictures and listening to the stories, I was amazed at how much Singapore has changed. So, I have done a short interview with Jane, who has also kindly let me share some of her wonderful p...
