If you find out could you please let me know as I have just paid 100% suppliment. I was told that you have to book as soon as the holiday is on sale and only so many cabins are offered at discount!!

Hi Maggie, thank you for your reply. too late for this cruise as its done and paid for, but will try Cruise company next time. Booked through First choice this time and did get quite a good deal but still had to pay 100% more than my friends. Just hope its worth it.

Yes, there is a way. Some companies will match you up with a person of the same sex to share a cabin with you. Whether this is suitable for you only you can decide.

Thanks for your response. Sharing with a stranger is fine as long as you are both compatible, better to meet first on a cruise then perhaps share on future cruises. Maggie.

Hi I shopped around on the internet getting different quotes and then choose the company I liked best and told them the quote I had and they price matched it. I got about £200 off the brochure price. Still more expensive than sharing but don't accept the first price you're offered. Good luck.

What a week it was!

By Eamon Lau

Ok, so as you may, or may not know, I was away for a short break last week. It was very VERY welcomed and my wife and I had a great time.We flew on Wednesday morning from Belfast to Southampton at 7am. Things didnt start too well. I had a booking come in at 11pm at night and it took me until after 2am to complete it all (dedication you may say!) As we should have been leaving the house at 5am, my wife and I decided just to stay up, tidy the house and pack rather than go to bed!We arrived in a...

Royal Caribbean

Many customers have been asking when Royal Caribbean’s 2019 prices from Southampton will be out and we really haven’t got an answer for this as Royal Caribbean haven’t announced yet which ship they will be bringing to Southampton.I’ve heard and this might only be a rumour but it could be the Quantum of the seas or the Anthem of the seas but I really don’t know which ship they will be bringing to Southampton. Some people are saying that we could find out in March ...

It`s Time To Grab A Bargain

By Camilla Edwards

Camilla Edwards's blog

February has arrived and, apparently, it is going to be the coldest on record. Traditionally this is the time of year when holiday and cruise companies hope we are thinking of warmer days, and planning holidays.Looks like there are going to be some bargains around, but not necessarily for people who leave booking until the last minute. Last week I booked a lovely cruise on P&O Oceana for some clients of mine which we both thought was a really good deal.Oceana is one of P&PO`s older s...
