Neil & Ida Down - Answered a Question by edge (10 Oct 08 19:54)

You are making a very large assumption that no one else feels a you do. Whilst I appreciate that it could very well set the old hackles up it is possible that the remainder of the passengers going with you do not read this excellent site or if they do they do not want to advertise the fact that they will be absent from their house for this period or simply do not want to write in. My response is to keep plugging away at Thomsons and it may become worthwhile. .... Neil .

Thanks for your answer Neil, it still surprises me that there are not more queries/answers about this, after all a week delay is quite significant. Perhaps most people may not have noticed the date change as Thomsons don't exactly draw any attention to it. I remember last year when we had achange of aircraft type for flights to cape verde they wrote specifically to notify us of this. anyhow thanks again and keep warm at nights now it's getting cooler!!! wish I had gone incognito as well!!

What are you saying Neil? are you suggesting that names and addresses are not kept secret on this site so risking houses being broken into while the owners are cruising???

Not exactly but too much information in the public domain is, in my opinion, never a good thing. I have said this before and is why I prefer to be Neil Down.
