No there is not. It it is registered in USA and they have rules against gambling in most states. The Berlitz guide rate it 3 * . Go to NCL site , click on 'onboard activities and events, click on 'best casinos at sea'. There is a list at the bottom, of the ships that have casinos. These are probably registered elsewhere.

No there is not. Hawaii is the one state that has absolutely no gambling so ships the cruise the islands can't have casinos and if they do they can't have them open.
