To be honest thomsonfly were brilliant last december manchester to montego bay. we had loads of room tv each showing new films and we could play games etc. all drinks were free and both outward and return went very swiftly. We did not upgrade. BUT this year we are with thomos cook to barbados and are on a wait list for premium seats after hearing some awful stories about this airline. we hadnt bargained for t. cook and princess do not let you until quite late who the carrier is. envy you with thomsonfly but not sure if it s worth the extra money because the flight was so good and crew were friendly and we were near the rear . sorry if this is not very helpful but I would rather book a spa treat!

Your reply is very much appreciated - I hope that you get your seats for premium with thomas cook, and you have a pleasant cruise, I hear barbados is very nice and Princess cruises I recommend, we had a good experience this year with them - We are sailing with P&O never done them before so lets hope its a good one.....

There have been a number o...

Thomson Cruises have made some changes in recent years and things are really working for them, in the last 5 years they have seen an increase in passenger numbers of 40%, with 20% being in the last year alone. They have always been looked down upon by a lot of customers, although unjustly so as their reviews have always been good. But with older ships and less of the pomp and ceremony of other lines they have been viewed as being at the lower end of the market. In 2016, they made a major ...
