Thomson's don't have a wedding licence so you can't do this onboard ship but they can organise it say on Santorini whilst on the Greek island trip, assuming this is a port of call. They even have a special department who will help you plan the event if you wish to renew your vows during your cruise so you need to contact Thomson as they currently have the Calypso for 2008/09. The ship used to be called Horizon and was part of the Celebrity group of cruise ships but they sold it.
