Hi. usually the price of transfers are included if it is a fly/cruise, if not it is only about 20 min drive to Port so shouldnt be overly expensive. As for Kosher food, the only cruise line I know that does this are the bigger ones ie. Celebrity and P and O - the cheaper end of the market certainly doesnt do Kosher -- be careful as I am aware some say they do Kosher (ie. Princess Cruises) but really they are just poor TV dinners shipped in frozen. I would advise if you are very careful about food, that to make sure they definately have a kosher KITCHEN on board. I do know that if you google Kosher Cruises you get some ships that have some cruise dates specifically labelled "glatt kosher cruises" - I hope this helps and that you find a nice cruise.
