I have been on SuperStar Virgo and had a very enjoyable time indeed. It was my first cruise and got me hooked. I did post review elsewhere (on the site that cannot be named here!).
It's not too surprising as they are very much used by the Chinese/Malaysian/Australian punters in the main. I have done a couple of cruises with Star in the Far East, & great cruises they are too & would put most of the 'Majors' in this part of the world to shame. If you want me to go into detail or answer anything specific hit the comment button & ask away. Regards.
I enjoyed a Star cruise from Singapore and spent a few days in the city before and afterwards. Booked it independantly. Was hoping that Star Cruises were listed and reviewed here. They do a 21 day cruise that takes in Vietnam, Hong Kong, Borneo and Singapore and would like to know what it was like. The only comment I have about the cruise line is that they hold back on publishing future cruises after mid 2009.
