We went on the Sea Princess caribbean cruise last April and as we we not going deep inland or through swamps or jungles our GP said we would be OK. We climed two rain forests up to the waterfalls they were magical experiences, we also went on 4X4 wheel adventure with a stop for swimming in a secluded bay you could not get any nearer heaven than that, the ship was great no problems with the norovirus as long as you take precautions to wash your hands before eating even if away from the dining room, you will be fine, we enjoyed the cruise so much we are going on the Sea Princess to the Mediterranean mid August.
