No, you have to get a special wheelchair accessible cabin because inside cabins are too small and cramped and do not offer disabled facilities. Enjoy your cruise.

P&O ships have insides, outsides and balcony cabins that are wheel chair accessible, including the bathroom. They tend to get booked up early though but you might find a cancellation.
