BLYTH - Answered a Question by whitley (31 Jul 08 13:23)

Since the 1st July Costa Cruises may once have had a reputation for being very smokey, but now the main restaurants and show lounges are smoke free. There are assigned areas for smoking in the lounges and bars, and a plus for smokers is that some cabins are designated for you. If you like feeling the wind in your hair, you can also light up on the open decks.

Thankyou Blyth, that's a relief, we were getting more than a little concerned. Cigarette smoke is so unpleasant when you don't like it. At least with designated areas we can maybe move away from smokey atmospheres. It is such a shame to get all glammed up to face a wall of smoke or to have it exhaled over you all night plus it's just not nice either aroma or health wise. thankyou for such a prompt reply it's very much appreciated.x.
