The answer is, as Coulter correctly states, YES, but they are usually lost somewhere in the advertised cruise price. Bewhere of some "Cruise only" prices advertised by some agents, particularly for the likes of Celebrity and RCI cruises sailing from foreign ports! These sometimes will have a headline price that once you click on "book" will have the likes of tips, fuel surcharges AND Port taxes added to them, to make the ACTUAL final price of the "Cruise only"! You will also, at this stage, be given the option of adding a flight to the original price. These can sometimes be very good offers though, so don't be put off until you see the final all inclusive price. Happy cruising.

These are usually included in the cruise fare.
