There are cabins especially for the disabled on modern cruise ships though it does depend on ones disability as to whether you will need grab rails, wet room etc. Many have electric buggies etc, yet only need an ordinary cabin. there are not many disabled cabins so they get booked early. call the cruise line you are interested in - they are all very helpful.
