There are three main groups who own most cruise ships. They are Carnival(Costa/Cunard/Holland America/ Princess /P&O as well as their own fleet), Royal Caribbean (Celebrity/ Azamara /RCI) and Star (Norwegian Cruise Line / Orient Line / Star).

No Royal Caribbean are independant of Carnival - One of the very few who do not come under the Carnival Banner.

No Royal Caribbean are Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Azamara cruises only.
