Water - if it's chilled water then yes - if it is mineral water, then generally no. However even if they are selling mineral water, you can just try asking for a glass of water. Can't answer your question about freestyle dining as I don't know which ship you are talking about. As for shore excursions, if the ship docks early then they tend to be. On theships that I've been on, where we've docked in the morning, meeting times tend to be between 8 and 9, although one was 7am! personally, i find them all too early as i prefer second sitting at dinner and tend to want to be eating my breakfast about the time they are being herded into coaches, so I invariably do my own thin.

Island cruises you get chilled water with your meals all cruise ships usally have venus where you eat with a surplus island has oais on escape and steak house on island sta.

If you ask for bottled water you will be charged but unlimited iced water is served at all meals in fact you can obtain water ( and many other juices ) at any time free providing it is not bottled water. Excursions can start early or late or even in the afternoon, it will depend on various factors.. Yours Heathe.
