Possinly not, but you never know, there best weather is usually end of May and June. Depends on which ship but balconies can be quiet shaded.
The weather in the Baltic is just as unpredictable as it is in the UK. Just take some warm clothes just in case and you'll be fine. There's nothing better than having your own balcony to take in the sea air - whatever the weather.
