I agree that Neil Down's comments are very perceptive and helpful but not so sure about Ida - she rather lets the team down, don't you think!!

We wish....No we just love cruising and everything about it and want others to enjoy what we do. But if they are listening I would be very happy to have a retainer ! Is that the Rubery near Birmingham cos if it is I had some connections with it some time ago. Anyway my best wishes to you Sir or Madam....Nei.

I'm sorry you find my views inferior, they are the views of a woman and maybe that is what you dislike. One thing I find detrimental on this site is that rarely do we know the gender of the correspondent with exceptions like Amber and Brian and I do like to know what to read from the answer. I am very different in some of my thoughts to Neil and that, in my honest opinion, is what makes us a good combination but maybe you will disagree with that too…. Humbly yours....Id.

I have to say, whilst I find the Downs rude, patronsising and unhelpful, I find the comments and advice of Aldrich to be objective, factual and hence, reliable, so more of Aldrich and less of the Down.

DubaiCruising from Dubai and sailing around the UAE is still one of the winter hot spots for the UK cruise market. With flight times around 8 hours and direct services from the main UK airports its an attractive option. Often the flight choice will be 2 day flights and a night option which brings you into the city early hours of departure day. UAE Visas are stamped on arrival in your passport without charge. With the early departure after breakfast of the previous passengers often the ship w...
