Unless you are going to Devils Island, French Guyana, there is no need for any injection or vaccination. There are certain coastal countries like Costa Rica where it is advisable to use a very good anti-mosquito cream though.

My doctor's view was that I didn't need any. Although I did get my tetanus brought up to date just in case of accidents. (Combination of being a wee bit accident prone and riding horses makes it necessary for me.
No you don't need any vacinations for the carribean, except I think Haiti. Don't woory enjoy it is brilliant.
Beleive in safety first, as there are alot of airbourne deseases in the Carribean, especially if you are an at risk person, with a low immune system .
