The cabins (staterooms) are on the small side but I dont think this should worry you. Go for outside with balcony or if you can aford it. We are a family of four and you do feel a little cramped but the cabin is for sleeping and changing. You get used to the space. the rest of the ships are not cramped by any means. Go for it. You will want to cruise again and again. If you have children they also love cruising. The best holidays we have had have been cruising.
