Visited Caribbean on OV1 last Feb the weather was great, not really windy but very hot. Have just done Same cruise on OV2 for Christmas, visited The Bistro and La Luna on numerous occasions as got fed up of buffet meals, la Luna £4.95 each for limited selection, pay for optional extras, The Bistro best, steaks to die for, cost £15 pp or £12 for early bird - if you go often they will give you early bird price at any time if you ask. Wasn't aware of any package when we went, but maybe something new. Wine packages are available if you want to drink them in your cabin, you can also tae them into restaurants with you. See our review on the website, also photos.

You are going at the best time of the year - slap bang in the middle of the dry season. It will be hot and not too humid. Any breeze will be welcome! La Luna is fantastic value for what you get. The Bistro very nice but a bit more pricey.

Truth Behind Your Cruise Itinerary

By Emily Watts

Emily Watts's blog

Experienced cruisers will already know by looking at an itinerary how far the ports are from the main city and towns. However those that are new to cruising may be a bit miffed when booking a cruise that visits Paris or Rome they are in fact in some cases two hours away. With Paris being the capital of France you know the only water that surrounds it is the Seine. I think the most shocking one that appears is Berlin, people are thinking this will be lovely to visit but in reality it is just ...
