At each meal setting you have a very large choice of hot and cold food with dozens of options at each setting, the buffets run practically all day long and late into the evening, hot and cold drinks are plentiful. the majority of the food is catered towards us english with themed evening nights running alongside normal evening meals, ie indian for curries etc, italian with pasta etc. we found the food to be excellent and did not have any complaints whatsoever and we are fussy. handwash stands are available for hygiene purposes before you use plates, cutlery etc and we always found the dining room and outside areas to always be clean. hope you have a great time, we did and cant wait to go back next year.
