I think you had best talk to your agaent about the situation. I don't know of anyone being able to do this although it is the logical and most sensible solution.

We also booked with P & O and we couldn't go either because I was too ill to travel, however they were most unhelpful in my situation so don't bank on them helping you. Sorry about that but they like taking your money but when it comes to customer service they do not deliver.

Have you quoted the right ship, right year, right cruise No? All cruises for 2008 commence with 8. No record of this cruise on P&O Web sit.

Sorry I quoted the wrong number for the caribbean cruise on Oceana on 1st February 2008. The Cruise number is E803 flying to Barbados on Friday 1st Feb. Itinary is Barbados, St Lucia, antigua, St Maarten, at sea, Ocho Rios, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Costa Maya, at sea,at sea, (two days) Aruba, at sea, Mayreau, back to Barbados. Flying back to Gatwick on 15th Feb. Cabin number is A405, twin with balcony.

Hi we had booked a P and O cruise and couldnt go and rebooked for another time it only cost £100 to do this I thought that was not too ba.
