I think you had best talk to your agaent about the situation. I don't know of anyone being able to do this although it is the logical and most sensible solution.

We also booked with P & O and we couldn't go either because I was too ill to travel, however they were most unhelpful in my situation so don't bank on them helping you. Sorry about that but they like taking your money but when it comes to customer service they do not deliver.

Have you quoted the right ship, right year, right cruise No? All cruises for 2008 commence with 8. No record of this cruise on P&O Web sit.

Royal Caribbean’s 4th Oasis Class ship is about to grace us with her presence in a few months time but will she have the X Factor. It was announced recently that the biggest ship in the world will have some brand new features which sets her apart from her sisters.I for one am a big fan of Oasis Class after sailing on Allure of the Seas 2 years ago but the 6500 passenger vessel isn’t to everyone’s taste. For me Symphony will not only have the X factor but a huge emphasis on t...

Well what a week it’s been with the collapse of Monarch, it has sent shock waves through the travel industry and here at www.CRUISE.co.uk our team have been working hard to ensure that our cruise customers have been looked after and that it has had a minimal effect on their cruise booking.I have been so sad and upset for all those employees waking up last week to find their job had gone…just like that! I have been in that situation before, a good few years ago now but I remember how h...
