I've flown (return flights) with Thomas Cook twice to Palma from Newcastle to join the Ocean Village (1). Both were absolutely fine with no delays. Aircraft; typical charter flight, not acres of legroom but no worse than other charter flights. If you need space, check in early and ask for emergency exit seats. Food and inflight service was absolutely fine. As we were joining the Ocean Village, Thomas Cook rep in Newcastle came to find us in the airport check in queues and took us to a special check in desk for cruisers - priority luggage labels were put on the cases. TC rep meets you in Palma and directs you to your connecting transport - absolutely fab! No complaints from us. Doing it all again in October 07. L Williams, Morpeth 23 Aug 0.

P&O and Cunard make changes to...

Richard Smith's blog

P&O and Cunard cruises have for a good while now offered extra on-board credit to serving or ex forces guests. Previously this just had to be added on request at time of booking (not on a Saver fare) and guests may on-board be asked for paperwork to prove their eligibility on-board or lose it (although my clients said that they never got asked ).No both P&O and Cunard have moved the goal posts and require people who book after the 1st March 2018 to be registered for a Defence Discoun...
