P & O Cruises - Oceana conducts wedding at seas. We were viewing the bridge in May this year when Captain brought in a newly married couple he had just married.Flowers and photographs can all be arranged on board. Oceana is also a child friendly ship. Not sure what availability would be for Nov 07 as it is getting quite close!! Hope this helps and good luck.

Royal caribbean Voyager of the Seas is VERY child friendly, withclubs,climbing wall,discos,ice rink, golf etc etc etc etc etc.and performs fab weddings, which we witnessed on the last one we were on.
