The cost of your cruise includes what the brochure says. It's different for each cruise. All include all food on board, a few include gratuities, even fewer include a selection of excursions and transport to and from the port. Extras include tips for bar staff (15% added to bill), "hotel" charge (tips added to your on board account) per person per day, any excursions you might book, spa treatments and activities such as cocktail demonstrations, wine tasting etc. Basically it depends on the ship and what you want to do on it.
