It would be difficult to grade ships for stability - it would depend on all sorts of factors. They all pitch and roll in storms, but big ships tend to be more stable than small. The QM2 in particular is built for the rigors of the north Atlanic.

Sailed to Baltic and back on Navigator, and it was extremely stable even in moderate seas. Inside the ship you would not know you were at sea.
