Write and ask them... I know you can buy Carnival cruise line bedding online - http://www.carnival.com/CMS/static_templates/promos/carnival_comfort_bed.aspx it is similar, but not sure if Celebrity sells theirs.

One of the many reasons we like Celebrity cruises is that their beds are just as comfortable as the one we have at home, it is a "king Koil" take a look at their web site, but be warned they are not "budget mattresses" . . http://kaymedworld.com/uk/home.html.
