Q: I thought Cruise dot had sorted all the problems with getting in to this site and the forums---but no, I was wrong!!Come on administrators, today for the fourth time in a week I have received the "you have viewed cruise answers 10 times etc and now you wont let me onto the forum either. I was one of the founder members of the forum and had a password from the outset which was fine. A couple of weeks ago you refused that password and when I queried that, sent me a new password which is a jumble of case sensitive letters which I have no hope of remembering and have to look up each time. Now you wont let me in on that password. For a business that relies on goodwill I cant see this doing you any good at all.We all have access to "the other site" you know! Come on sort it out before I and probably some others, go AWOL. Cynthia 14 answers

I too am having the same problem - you have viewed 10 times etc - and it will not allow me to view any cruise reviews. I asked a question (not realising that others were having similar probs) and got a reply to the effect that I would be sent an e-mail from Cruisedot and if I clicked on that, it would all be sorted. Yes, I received the e-mail, and clicked, but to no avail. Where do we go from here? I need my fix !!!!

It has just happened to me, thats twice in 13 days. It\'s very annoying, hope it\'s sorted soon.

OK, just tested the theory and I too got the \'10x in 14 days...\'please log in here with your email etc. Don\'t think I\'ll bother at the moment.

The slash after the ' started to occur AFTER I tried the systm and got my '10 visit' warning! I wonder if this is a factor?
