I too have tried Staysure they are very professional but immediately you include The Caribbean or USA or Canada expect to pay extra. Also be careful about declaring your Medication. If you Medication has changed in the last 6 months this should be declared and it could mean a surcharge which I found to my dismay.Have a look at the Moneysupermarket site it has a list of all insurers for over 65s and those with a Pre Existing Medical Condition.A Friend of mine also highly recommends Sladdininsurance of HALIFAX 0800 7313989 . Good luck but I am sure that you will find a suitable company.

Hi we use Halifax but they will not cover any one for the USA over 66 but will give you Caribbean excluding the USA with health problems. If you have a local insurance agent try them?
