At the moment I can't get into any review or read any answers without having to retype all my details in. I'ld be grateful if I got a few views without the dreaded box coming up. I sent then an email last night which hasn't been answered. After the debacle of the new P&O community site which still hasn't sorted itself out I reckon Cruise.co,uk wanted to outdo P&O in frustration terms!!!!! Lyn

I've obviously been lucky. I had this message yesterday, verified and replied to the subsequent email. Since then, I've had no problems. Not sure what the reason behind all this verification is, though.

Have had the message a few times, verified each time, but have never received the promised e-mail. ...... eventually it clears. But for how long??? ... Chris

Hi Bosscat. What Chris is soo FRUSTRATED at, as well as me is the message that comes up after you have looked at 10 of the questions or 10 of the reviews which asks you to verify that you are not a machine and are in fact a person and reply to the email. After you have replied to this email absolutely NOTHING happens. This happened to me earlier this morning as I had just answered Dave from Nantwich's question on this same subject......Wendy. There is more about this email and what to do on the forum.

Oh, this happened to me too a few days ago. I couldn't understand it either.

Unfortunately not, Chris. Page 497 of their 'terms and conditions' almost certainly carries a 'we are deffo not liable if you get wound up and chuck your keyboard through your living room window, no way, no how, matey' clause. Anyway - what exactly caused the fit of fury?
