The short answer to your question is YES. However, if you want to start from the UK, then the answer is almost certainly NO! Also there is the small question of how much you are willing to pay for this cruise? Not to mention how much time you are prepared to spend onboard? It would most likely be a oneway trip also, involving a flight the other way. The MSC Sinfonia is sailing from Genoa to Capetown at the end of October this year. £600 for 17 nights cruise only. Other options will probably involve a LOT more expenditure and more time at sea. The usual time for British based ships to visit Capetown is in our Spring when the ships are on their World cruises. It would still involve a flight one way though. Best wishes and happy cruising.
