I have booked several cruises with smartcruiser, and they are the best value I have ever booked, no problem

I have used them several times as well as friends of mine. I had no problems at all and will use them again!!AGENTS DON'T LIKE THEM BECAUSE THEY UNDERSELLTHEM. I used to work as an agent as a sub-contractor and smartcruiser beats my prices!!!I don't see any scam at all with them. Friends recently had to postpone a cruise due to illness and had the insurance and had no problem!!So how can you say they are a scam????I turned down a job offer as an agent for a local travel firm because I could not in good faith sell something to someone knowing they could get the SAME THING a lot cheaper thru smartcruiser!!!

PLEASE do not book with this SCAM COMPANY, as I am sure you will regret it. I see that there someone still trying to get their MONEY back, Having been onto this site. If you want to DO it at your OWN peril.

I suggest that you goggle smartcruiser scam then your make own decision.

I like Wilba have never heard of them, but have just been to the website. I thought i would check out their prices on an up coming cruise that my sister had booked. They have no cruises for the time of year, being early feb 2010 with Princess, So I don't think I will be using them. I will stick with my usual Travel Agent. You were lucky to find a price Wilba........Wendy
