First you need to go onto www.whatsinport.com, select Norway and then Flam, there you can see how many ships are in port that day. The more ships the less chance you have of buying tickets as the cruise lines buy up their tickets in advance. If you decide you want to risk getting your own tickets then the booking office is only about 5 minutes walk from the ship, check on the web site for their opening times (just Google Flam Railway) and get off the ship to queue before they open. We skipped breakfast on the ship, purchased our tickets 280 Nk (around £31) each for a return ticket, then got back on the ship and enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. The train is very comfortable and the views are fantastic, you can depart the train at stopping points and walk back down following the train track if you wish. Happy cruising.

You can....but not advisable...try and book before hand through their website ...It is a very scenic trip well worth going on....Try looking on cruise critic website to see if anyone has booked a carraige...you may be able to help fill it....ENJOY.

You can buy tickets at the station, and go so far then come back to the ship. Flam is lovely and plenty to see and the scenery great. You can even dip your feet in the FFordd and the museum is good. It is well worth just stating round Flam we have been about 4 times and still love it. Have a lovely time and enjoy your cruise.

Having previously sailed on NCL Epic 5 times I was looking forward to trying a different ship and I wasnt disappointed. We had 2 days in Copenhagen prior to the cruise and stayed at the Admiral Hotel which is in Nyhavn. The hotel is situated on the river and is a great location close to the Amalienborg Palace. We had a lovely couple of days sightseeing and used the hop ...

My holiday on Celebrity Reflection… What was the entertainment like? Well there is of course the bars and lounges but this ship had something special…….Silent Disco – Now ive got to say i haven’t been to a disco since 1985, so I would imagine a lot has changed over the years and to my amazement we had the Silent Disco, actually the ship arranged two of them, one on the top sun deck and one in the Solarium, which was by day a tranquil place to snooze, swim or try ...
